Helmut's Service Centre

Today I had my car serviced for the first time at HELMUT’S SERVICE CENTRE, Abbotsford, where I had a 5-star experience. The service was a quick (under an hour which gave me time to enjoy a walk around the University of the Fraser Valley) and reasonably priced. Most importantly, the staff (Harold and Len) were helpful in responding to my questions and did so in a courteous, friendly and thoughtful manner. For 12 years I went elsewhere but when the owner retired, I sought recommendations from other seniors (particularly women) and HELMUT’S SERVICE CENTRE was repeatedly recommended as a trustworthy company. Went in for a BC safety inspection and had a great experience. The staff were friendly, honest, and transparent, and got me in quickly. Everything was explained clearly and the process was smooth, stress-free and pricing was very reasonable. I’d definitely recommend them. Thanks for the help Herald!

Helmuts are great, I truly appreciate their expertise and they have fair and transparent pricing, most recently had a fix done to our Hyundai Tucson, they recognised that it was an older car and sourced a salvaged part with 12 months warranty as part of the quote. It was a significant repair and came in at a very reasonable price considering. Thank you!

Helmuts Service Centre , has always been more than fair with me . The repairs demonstrate their desire to do it right the first time . Helmuts also advises which repairs might need immediate attention , and those that will allow more time before repairs may be required .
