I cannot stress enough on how much I do not recommend this place. Was told an hour and half on a tow and they didn't show up for 5 1/2 hours. They also ignored calls and gave no updates until I basically spam called them. Save yourself the time and call Hornes Towing. Helton's should be ashamed of their service.

Horrible service, I used them through roadside assistance and the driver tore up my car towing it. He apologized and said they would fix it but his dad said no. Do not use them if you want your car intact.

We were over 3 hours from home and pulling a heavy load when the front brakes on our dually locked up. Even with our trailer loaded and attached they made room for us and got us quickly back on the road for a reasonable price. We feel that God was looking out for us when the problem happened next t their shop. Awesome service.

What a joke. They run your business is horrible. I went thru my roadside assistance for a tow. Said 60/90 mins. OK no problem I was safe were I was broke down. Tried calling a few times and no answer. When I tracked the eta it said 7/22 mins ok great. Called again someone finally answered and they told me they were waiting for their night shift tow person to come in and that it would be another hour. I was beyond missed off. Thank God I was able to use someone else to tow my car. Which was out of my pocket. HORRIBLE 😡💩

Michael was great. He got to my location quick. He was very professional and handled my car with care. He made a bad situation good. Thank you for the help.
