Hemingway's Collision

My wife was hit from behind and pushed into the trailer hitch of another vehicle. I did not know what to do being this was the first time that I have not been able to drive a vehicle away from an accident. I would just like to say how awesome Hemingway's Collision was to us. We were treated like family from the first day I went in to sign some paperwork for the insurance company, up until I went back this morning to collect belongings and release the vehicle to the insurance company. They treated me better than the insurance company has. Very forthcoming with information, followed up on every call we had. I hope I never have to go through this again, but if I do, I know exactly where I'll be taking my vehicle and that is right on down HWY 171 to Hemingway's Collision. Good customer

I’ve used both Hemingway’s Collision to repair my vehicle and Hemingway West to build a website (two different companies/ same owner) and both companies were excellent! I got my car back before it was scheduled to be completed. I highly recommend both!

The work Is ok but they broke my side window and tried to tell me that it was like that when I brought it in I know full well it wasn’t the insurance company took pictures beforehand and have no pictures of my side window because it was not damaged. I cannot get them to roll the cameras back. They just told me they did, which is a lie because had they rolled it back to the day I brought the car there 1-30-24 they would see that it was not cracked. I’m very upset and have filed complaint with the Better Business Bureau and thinking about contacting the news.

They did a great job repairing my fender liner. I came in they ordered the part and it was fixed the next day! I will be using them again.

Awesome customer service from the office staff to the body and detail shop. The care and work the body shop employees put into repairing your vehicle, to make it beautiful again, is phenomenal! The honesty and integrity, that is received from everyone, is very comforting knowing you will be treated with courtesy and respect.
