Hemlock Auto & Alignment - Auto Repair Shop in Hemlock MI

Brought in a diesel truck needing glow plugs and wiring. The quote was $2100 after tax. That number sounded extremely high so I did my due diligence. I called a total of five shops two of wich were Ford dealerships. Every quote fell between $1100 and $1250. Almost half the price. I have no problem paying a little extra for quality service and communication , however $2,100 is not even competitive. The other shops all said about the same thing $450 for parts and $800 labor. On a positive note Hannah in the front office is very pleasant and communicates well.

I had taken my vehicle to a shop in Saginaw and was still having issues. I called on Friday they got me in Monday morning. Their communication with me about what was going on was awesome! I would definitely recommend taking your vehicle here. They take the time to answer any questions you have without making you feel like you’re bothering them. I will take my future vehicles here.

You couldn’t find a better auto shop if you tried! These guys are great! Service is impeccable they don't give you the run around with repairs, they find the problem they fix the problem with conformation every step of the way, along with a detailed write up of everything. Never forced anything on us just an all around great shop. I wouldn't trust my vehicles with anyone else. id recommend this business to any and everyone! 10/10
