Had an amazing experience purchasing our fifth wheel from hemlock! Hunter was our sales guy and was very helpful, transparent, and efficient! I found the listing thru rvtrader.com and messaged Hemlock since there wasn't any pictures posted yet. Hunter got right to work by not only getting the pictures taken and sent over but also sent me a video walk-thru. All of our interactions were done over the phone since we live in NJ. When our loan was confirmed and approved we headed to CT to finalize and pick up. Hunter was very sweet and helpful showing us the fifth wheel and answering any questions we had. We purchased our very first travel trailer at Hemlock Hill and so glad we did! From our salesman Stephen to the entire team we learned so much! Highly recommend buying from them as a first timer. And definitely get the starter pack. It has been 3 months since we took it home and we made 3 camping trips so far and it has been amazing! Being a used trailer it is always a risk with things working but the day of pick up they had the water on and the gas and electric so we could try everything before leaving. We had a great experience at Hemlock, from start to finish. The staff was knowledgeable, patient, and never pushy, which made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. We went there for a specific travel trailer and they took the time to answer all our questions. The sales and service teams were all professional and communication was excellent throughout. Everything was clearly explained, and we felt confident and well taken care of when we drove off the lot. Dave, Tim, Amy and Justin all rock! Also the gentleman that explained all of the details of the fine print on our new RV. (I’m sorry, I didn’t get his name.) Easy/smooth experience from sales with Stephen to finance with Justin. Not pushy, knew we had looked at the same rig elsewhere, worked with us to make it happen without having to hagle or feel pressured. Would give 4.75 stars if I could. Only change I would make is to have the walk through PDI not take place where they are washing other rigs at the same time and it's wet/gross in that part of the lot. The minimal things that needed to be addressed meant our tech had to go in a few times and this meant it was wet and got tracked it. Not his fault.... and nothing against the tech, Brian was knowledgeable and took the time needed to show us any features we had not utilized before. Would definitely recommend to others.

We recently picked up our brand new 2026 Cougar Half ton 22mls from Hemlock Hills and had an amazing experience. Dave our sales representative was thorough, detailed and very helpful thru the entire process. Joe the tech did our walk thru demo upon pick up and was a huge help. Making recommendations and suggestions that got us out the door safely and comfortably! Love our new hitch Joe! Rob ensured we were completely satisfied providing us with maintenance recommendations and suggestions to ensure our camper would serve us well for years to come. Amy in the parts department was friendly and helpful making sure we knew what items we might need moving forward.
