Do not trust this business. Contracted with them and cancelled a job because a house was sold (said I would pay for the glass, but not the install). They did the job anyway after we spoke and demanded I pay the full bill. They acknowledged that they had a problem with an employee doing this kind of thing and believed me, but because the senior manager (Ian) hadn’t personally spoken to me, they still demanded I pay the full bill. Save your money for a business that you can trust.

Walked in with a shattered mirror that went to my niece’s vanity. The man that helped was extremely kind and fixed it in less than an hour. Super quick & convenient stop! I had a great experience & would recommend this place to a friend

Used this company before and had to call them several times for them to get an appointment for window to get measurements for glass to be repaired. They ended up eventually telling me that there was no service order placed. I thought I would give them a second chance at using their service for another glass repair and still the same.

I had a leaking windshield replaced. Great price and installed when promised. BJ was great to deal with. He did a neat and professional job.

I have dealt with the Troy store over a number of years, and have always been treated with respect, helped with professionalism, and many times have received service that has gone above and beyond. The quality of items purchased has been excellent!I highly recommend this shop.
