Hempstead Auto Collision

I know I have another review on here somewhere and I still stand by this shop. Now, after doing the run around with the dishonest individual who hit my car and their insurance, one thing was certain - My car was in great hands! The work was done in a timely manner, communication was very professional and the quality of the work...Outstanding! I don't want to deal with another accident but this is the only shop I'll trust to take care of my car. I highly recommend Hempstead Auto Collision.

Where to begin, I had a hit and run incident which left my front bumper and hood destroyed. Just like everyone else, I prefer to save many and my insurance company was no help since I had no evidence and the other party was gone. All I was left with was to Jerry rig it so I can get back to the road. I was so intimidated to go to an autobody shop b/c I would get the runaround, quoted way too much and to find out, half the money was going into the luxury detailing that you dont even want to begin with(found out because they state it in their instagram pages). I rarely leave reviews, but I feel obligated to warn others. This auto body shop came highly recommended—by themselves and others I know. They spoke with so much confidence, claiming to be the best in the industry and made my repair sound like a simple, straightforward job. Based on their attitude and promises, I had high expectations. Unfortunately, the reality was the complete opposite. The work was lazy and sloppy. I had to return three times just to get basic issues addressed, and even now, the job is still a disaster. Each time I came back, I was met with excuses and attitude, not accountability. It’s clear that their priority is talking a big game, not delivering quality work.
