Waited to get a tire patched set for a good 10 min at 7:30.The young man spent time with the other guy in a white truck. He leaned over rubbed his arm possibly checking something. But it looked entertaining whatever they had been doing. So instead of an apology for me sitting there for twenty minutes and the man getting an attitude bc he saw me laughing , they told me it wasn't on video I was a liar. . . Yeah our family won't be back... he approached my vehicle already with an attitude , and because I was laughing , he got even more of an attitude... and instead of being corrected , his behavior was excused. His manager also refused to apologize. The type of people that they hire in these places are not very good with customer service , but to make it worse , when you don't provide any ,

I watched the video this morning of my daughter and her wife trying to get their tire plugged. It appears the employee and the individual in the white truck are having a moment which is what caused the girls to laugh? like on the camera, but then again it could've been anything.He had no reason to get an attitude just because the girls were laughing. And because they were laughing , he wanted to upcharge them. I listened to the phone call and the manager did In fact call them liars rather than apologizing for the extremely rude behavior that they were met with , just for being at the wrong place at the wrong time. Black's tire did the job ten dollars cheaper with great customer service. Very much worth the drive.

My wife and I went to the tire shop this morning and waited for a plug it was first thing right after the kids were dropped off. We're setting there and the young man with the tattoos all over him is leaned into a white pickup , and he's getting closer and closer to this man's face... He rubs the dudes arm.My wife laughs because obviously we're two women... What's the young man realizes we're behind him and I was on live recording the day he walks over with an attitude. He Looked at the front of the vehicle realized there was an out of state tag and becomes hostile bc he was being laughed at for getting cozy with what we later found out was his manager. When he was told that we were very well-known and he didn't need to get an attitude. He walked off because he wasn't allowed to bully.. t

New owners and great service. They turned the rotors, and replaced my front and back brake pads on my Prius. They charged a very reasonable rate. Got my car back in just a few hours.

This is a sorry place to take your vehicle! I went in to have my breaks changed and left thinking me and my family would be safe but little did I know they didn’t hook my break line back in place. Which resulted to all my break fluid to come out and my breaks went out on me. Since they changed management this place is pour sorry! I had to go sit at a closet place to have it fixed the correct way! For 2 hours!!! I wouldn’t give this sorry place a star rating if that was an option! Trust me when I say this DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!
