Henderson Chevrolet Service

Just when you think a dealership can’t get worse they give this service department…. Take it from us, if you can, drive across town and go to another one. First, the service writers seem complete lost with a blank stare most of the time, when you call they have no idea how to even give you an update on your car. We bought a 2024 Silverado brand new here and at 12k miles the transmission goes out …. While that is bad enough the service department hasn’t even looked at it yet, it’s been there since Friday night so we get they don’t work on weekends, but it’s Wednesday…. You can’t even look at it? Pretty much done with Chevy as a major repair this early and no help with a loaner vehicle. We won’t be back that’s for sure. But should you be on the same situation, just take it another place, Hen

I had to bring my 2023 Silverado in at 9 am for a check engine light and I was told it would be scanned and the date and time promised was 6pm same day. I stopped by the next day at 3pm and Richard my Service Writer told me I was still 3rd in line and my vehicle still had not be looked at. I told Richard a phone call would of been nice and he said " were busy". It turned out to be a faulty coolant control valve and it was replaced next day. The mechanics are great here but the customer service writers are very casual, some of us only have one vehicle and need to be kept in the loop to make arrangements while Warranty Work is being done.

My car was in the Service Department shop for over a month. 2 days after bringing the car home, it has the same coolant leak. I already had to pay over $1800 out of pocket due to Endurance not paying for some of the repairs. UNACCEPTABLE! Now I have to bring the car back in today. We don't have the money to keep paying for Uber rides. This had better be covered at no cost or I WILL make a scene today. Furthermore, we should be given a rental car till it's fixed since this is YOUR screw up in the first place.

This dealership sold me a lemon. The service dept gave me a hard time to get a rental and the mechanic did a half ass job. The mechanic would reports there's nothing wrong with my truck but yet it took a second diagnostic by the service manager to see I had a problem with my mounts. My truck is still leaking oil. I get the bare minimum. Maybe because I am black or a female. I was excited about buying a brand new truck a year ago and still having problems. I give up Chevrolet you win. Thanks for screwing me over.

Questions answered, process explained, quickly completed, comfortable wait area with complimentary coffee or tea, written summary of vehicle inspection findings, accepted my own new filter (AC Delco-GM approved) for the oil change so not charged for new filter. No problems anywhere. Thank you.
