Henderson glass was very professional and helpful because I only had an idea as to what I wanted in a shower door Kaylee was very helpful and friendly even when she wrote up a few quotes for me because I was unsure of what I wanted but was very prompt and eager to help. Got a beautiful customer shower door without breaking the bank and couldn’t be happier Also the installers were very clean and were a joy to have in the home

When the double hung vinyl windows became fogged and full of condensation between the glass panes, the crew from Henderson ordered replacement sealed glass units and rebuilt the windows for half the cost of new units. Looks good and keeps the room warmer. Thanks Henderson Glass.

Recently I had the broken glass in a basement window repaired by Henderson Glass in Lansing. On the Friday I was to pick up the finished window, I did not notice the call from the office saying it was ready, because I had a new phone was somehow set to "Do not disturb." When I realized I needed to check on the window, I called the office but learned that it had closed an hour early. Since I was going out of town that weekend for two weeks I really needed to get the window back! The Henderson rep who had answered my call was at another Henderson location, but she kindly offered to contact Kaylee Ferris, the Assistant Manager in the Lansing office. Kaylee then called and texted me and offered to meet me at the office on Saturday morning to hand over my window. This was incredibly nice of her
