Henderson Ultimate Car Wash

I’m so sad I used this car wash! I paid for the premium level and it just stopped at the end. It also has rails as you drive in and it scratched my black rims… please don’t waste your time and money. Again, so disappointed about the scratches on my new rims…

Worst self-serve car wash you’ll ever have, zero water pressure, no soap, except in the foam brush and the entire bay was full of dirt. I’ve lived in Vermillion for three years, and I’ve tried this car wash 3 other time before with the same results. Youll have to go to another cash wash after if you plan on going.

I wanted to use the $8 car wash selection so I inserted 7 one dollar bills and the machine would not take my eighth bill. So I just selected the $7 car wash but it still said I need to insert $7 after I already did. I couldn’t get my money back or get the car wash I paid for so I just ended up using my debit card to get the $8 car wash. I tried calling to get my money back but no answer. I would really want my money back or be able to use the car wash I paid for.

Again, another problem and they never answer the phone. I tried called many many times for both problems... Nothing! The first auto wash, the soap was coming out the house on the floor, not the car. The second auto wash, the dryer on the passenger side did not work! Have it a try, but obviously they don't need business

Paid $10 and it didn't work. At all. I sat there for 10 minutes waiting for the green light to go on to let me know it was ok to enter. Drive through just in case lights were burned out but that didn't work either. There's no staff here on a Saturday at 3:30pm to help. I called the number online but there was no answer after 20+ rings and no voice mail. It's not a great wash in the first instance but definitely horrible when it takes your $10 and does nothing at all. Avoid.
