Got a recall notice months ago. Had to call over and over again & every time i tried to schedule an appointment, they would tell me they didn't have enough rental cars available and it was Chrysler's fault. No accountability, and they acted annoyed that they had to deal with fixing a safety issue. They couldn't even pretend like they cared. Take your business elsewhere.
Vincent was truly amazing! I came in for a diagnostic appointment for my 2017 Durango and he really took the time to explain what was going on and why it caused the issue with my vehicle. And even with the repairs being a little costly he gave better options so that me and my family are safe on the road ! 10/10 service high recommend! Thank you Hendrick for have true and honest employees!
