Do not take your car here. I bought a brand new Tesla, there was a few paint issues from delivery and Hendricks is Tesla’s certified body shop so this work was under warranty. Originally there was a few spots with paint missing, scratches along the rear bumper and the trunk lid, etc. I requested for all of this to be fixed. The advisors at Tesla marked all these spots for Hendricks to fix. A week goes by, my car is supposedly ready to be picked up. I go to inspect it, the oringial scratches were still there on the rear bumper and the trunk lid, they left some sort of dried wax all over my passenger rear door and window and there was a new dent on my driver side door!! These guys did a amazing job on my car after a lawnmower flung something at my door and put a big dent in it. Looks better than new and Joel(hopefully spelled right) was a huge help and gave me a bunch of updates. I recommend them for any tesla body work, honestly i couldnt be happier thanks again

My son is a student at FSU in Tallahassee. Unfortunately, someone scraped the rear left bumper of his new Tesla with her car when she backed out of a parking space next to him. My son had recently purchased the car so it was quite upsetting. Since he was up at school in Tallahassee and not in Tampa near a Tesla facility, he needed to get the car repaired there. Friendly and informative people work here. I brought my car In for an estimate and then for repair. From Joel to Nicki, David and the people who helped in the repair, everyone was great. I was kept informed the whole way (both cost and time to repair) and they worked hard to get my vehicle back to me when promised. It is worth the 70 miles drive to bring your vehicle in here for repair.
