My husband had them repair his truck in 2020 when he was stationed in NC , he got rust spot that devolved on the fender and roof that. My husband contacted and emailed the Hendrick Collision for months with no response , finally reaching Collision manager on the phone he told him verbally he will not cover the work. We are getting the re-work done at a new shop and have discovered alot of bondo under the paint where the rust is. On the repair order they charged for a new fender but we have discoveredit is the originaldamaged one theytried to replace, hendric Collision cuts major corners and scams customers and insurance company's.
