I had the best experience from start to finish. David C. was my salesman and he left no question unanswered. He was very knowledgeable when it came to present and older model Honda’s and even made himself available on his off day. 5 star service all the way.

My battery died and after getting it jumped I drove to Hendrick's in need of help. And just like they always do, the Hendrick's service team listened to my problem and began immediately to evaluate the car. Fortunately, they discovered it was just my failure to regularly drive the car since the virus lockdown began that allowed the battery to discharge. After thorough testing and recharging, they sent me on my way. Problem solved and no charge. Since buying my Accord in 2013, Hendrick's has provided exceptional service and support. Turns out my first car purchase in the Upstate; was from the best car dealer I've had in over 50 years of driving.

I thoroughly enjoyed my car buying experience at Hendrick Honda In Easley. Geo Perceval made me feel comfortable right away, his sales knowledge was greatly appreciated. I look forward to dealing with Hendrick Honda for many years to come.

I'm going back to Hendricks to buy another car I love my Honda and the people there was not pushy and very helpful. That's why I bought a Honda instead of a Toyota cause the people at Toyota was rude and that was the third time they acted that way to us and they would take anymore than five hundred dollars off and basically acting as if we were wasting their time. So I went to Honda and got the car I wanted in the color I wanted and at the price I wanted and the whole time we was there he treated us like we were the customer..like they should..and not once did he look down on me like Toyota did. Not once.im going to gete cross over this time it will be my third new car from Hendricks Honda . Sorry Toyota of Easley ...your loss.
