Not inly perfect measurements but community rooted in providing services for The First ever Resource Center of tespite for Our Veterans in Alabama.

Upon reading the review that stated the lady at the front desk (in Florence, AL) was so rude, we were prepared for a rude employee upon entering the business. OMG! That person that wrote the review was so wrong! Maybe he was having a bad day or maybe he misunderstood her because We met the so called rude lady and I have to tell you, she is one of the most pleasant, nicest, friendliest person we have met with helping us with our special glass order. Her name is Angie and she asked us a lot of questions so she can make sure she understood what we were needing. She also told us, since we did not need them to come out and measure (a service they offer) since we already new the size we wanted, that if the size we gave her was wrong, that would be on us and we absolutely and totally agreed. Unfortunately I must have caught the 2 ladies at the front having a terrible day. I knew what I needed but did not know if they carried it. It seemed like a chore for them to have to look at me, much less talk to me. And when they did it was with exasperation & were condescending. I was the only person in the front, so not a crowd & they seemed to be just chatting. I ended up getting to talk to a guy in the back who stated they did not carry what I needed. I did talk to a glass shop in Sheffield after that who also did not carry what I needed, but their customer service was outstanding. I would not be using Hendrix even if they had what I needed, the 2 women at the front counter treated me like I was less than & was condescending. I would go anywhere else.

Extremely rude lady up front. Some of the worst customer service ive ever had in Florence, especially spending north of $1,000. Glass was alright, warehouse guys were cool. But man, what a nasty lady up front there. Gotta be owners wife or daughter
