Henise Tire Service, Inc.

I ordered tires on the Goodyear website. Henise was the shop I was instructed to use. I also needed a PA inspection. I received a call from them stating they couldn't inspect a 14k truck. Then they could after talking with the inspection guy. Then the tpms sensors could only be done by the dealer which is not true. I definitely would not recommend this shop.

While on our way to pick up our new four legged friend from Longmeadow Chesapeakes my truck got a big screw stuck in a tire. Henise was the closest and boy did we get lucky. They took us right in and fixed the tire for free! Thanks Henise you guys rock! Picture of our new pup for cuteness.

Great business. They couldn't fit me in because they had someone on vacation. They recommended another reliable local business. I appreciate their honesty and kindness. Great customer service.

I hesitate to leave such a bad review but they earned it. After 2 visits for them to get the job they "specialize" in right, now I have found my tires are loose! Absolutely ridiculous, these people are the reason small businesses are dying.

Service van driver in vehicle 91, partial license plate number 9684, needs to learn how to drive!! He pulled right out in front of me in a 55 mph zone and if I didn't have such good brakes, he would have caused a major accident. If this is an example of the people that work there, they have just lost a potential customer!
