I'd been in the market for a new car for months. I visited multiple dealerships and had awful experiences. I reached out to Hennessy Ford in Atlanta. OMG!!! 😳 The level of customer service was shocking!! They were so respectful, friendly, and very knowledgeable at my visit. I ended up buying a new 2025 Ford Escape from Brian Winn. Best decision ever!!! From the receptionist, to my sales rep Brian, the sales manager, and the finance manager I had the easiest and most relaxing experience I've EVER had at a car dealership. They have the best deals I've seen in the market in the Atlanta area. I've looked at multiple makes and models all over so I have quite a bit of experience now. Lol I highly recommend them if you're in the market for a new or used vehicle. Ask for Brian Winn when you visit!

Taylor Stanley made this car-buying experience genuinely unforgettable. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth, simple, and stress-free. As a mom, what meant the most to me was how kind and patient he was with my daughter—he literally played games with her and helped keep her entertained while we were closing in finance. Taylor even stayed late the night before after hours to get the deal done, then came in first thing the next morning on his day off to have the car detailed, put a bow on it, and take the most thoughtful photos.
