This shop used to be a place my family trusted for years under the previous ownership. My wife and I brought our cars here regularly, and even our adult children used this shop. It had a strong reputation in the community, which is why I returned. Unfortunately, since the change in ownership, my experience has been completely different. I brought my car in with a specific issue and clearly explained the symptoms. Instead of properly diagnosing and fixing the problem, I was repeatedly told it “could be something else,” which led to a growing list of recommended repairs. While everything was technically approved on paper, the way the work was presented felt pressured and unavoidable. The total quickly went over $1,000 and was approaching $2,000, yet the original problem was never resolved. W

Sergio was wonderful! He explained the problems with my car clearly, and gave detailed explanations with photographs. He also made suggestions that would help to save me money and future problems. I had to go out of town and he coordinated with the person I left in charge of my car to make everything go smoothly. I was very happy with their service andHenry’s auto will be my “go to” Mechanic going forward!

Henry's Auto Repair services is the most honest forthcoming loyal as a business, expect nothing but the best from his crew they make you feel at ease almost like talking to a dad or an uncle a cousin trying to help you fix your car they do treat you like family.
