Henry's Wrecker Service - Car Towing & Heavy Duty Recovery

My tire was flat by the time I got towork and since I don’t have a spare I had to get it towed to the auto shop down from my house. I work at a high school so he was very prompt and also polite when he pulled in. There wasn’t much that I had to do since my AAA coverage covered everything so he was on and about his way. Hopefully I don’t have to have many more tows but if I do, I would highly recommend this service.

The serviceman did an INCREDIBLE job safely freeing my car from being stuck in several inches of ice with hard snow snow mounds in front of and behind it. He showed up quickly and got my car unstuck and back on the main road in 15-20min or less. He was friendly, polite, and professional through the whole service encounter and quite ingenious, too! Thank you!

I was in a vehicle collision, and the 911 dispatcher arranged for this company to tow my vehicle from the collision site. I can’t make a comment on pricing because the cost was covered by my auto insurance so I don’t know how much it was (which is why I give 4/5 stars, I can’t rate what I don’t know). However - before my insurance company took possession of the vehicle, what I greatly appreciated was that they let me into their impound lot to collect the rest of my belongings from my totaled vehicle, and made the process of transferring possession to my insurance company very easy! The 2nd tow person, Mr. Littlejohn and Office Assistant, Ashley were exceptional with the service they performed. With the previous tow I requested a flatbed with which to tow my Tesla vehicle, however one was not used. Mr. Littlejohn utilized a flatbed as well was responsible for acquiring the keys from the previous shop location prior to towing the car to Total Recon. Thank you for all the assistance I was offered during such a chaotic process.

I usually never leave reviews, but my experience today with a girl named Brittany (a white girl with glasses and blue eyes working at the front desk) was genuinely shocking. From the moment we arrived, her attitude was unnecessarily hostile. My brother and I were waiting by the window for about 15 minutes, just trying to check in and make things easier by having the registration ready. Instead of communicating like a normal, respectful person, Brittany stormed out with an attitude and started yelling at us to “step out” — loud, aggressive, and completely unprovoked. There was absolutely no reason for her to speak to anyone like that. A simple, polite explanation would have been more than enough. But the way she approached us was disrespectful, rude, and honestly embarrassing for someone
