Just had my 2023 Toyota Camry XSE serviced here and I cannot be more pleased at the attention to detail and work that was done. I needed 4 tires that were hard to find. Ferdy Franco was my service rep and he took care of the situation flawless and even had me picked up and dropped off. Pleasure speaking to and working with him. The vehicle was even washed after and looked brand new. I would not hesitate to go back to Infiniti of Westborough or Ferdy agai. Definitely ask for him!!!!
Brandon was amazing and I wish to thank him because he negotiated the price to zero for me lol I needed my back brakes done but I only have 15,000 miles on my qx60 autograph. Brandon felt it should be covered and made it happen! My car went in looking sad and so dirty thanks to the salty sandy roads but thanks to Brandon it came out looking just like a shiny new penny! I got the VIP service that everyone at infinity gets! Thanks so much again Brandon!!!
Had a great experience at this dealership with Stiwar & Kevin, What are their website did they KBB Evaluation of my current car, Made an appointment online, Walked in and was immediately helped by Stiwar, Got the numbers pretty quick, Did the test drive, Sat down in the financing office to do the finalize of paperwork. Walked out with a hat complementary. Have been a Nissan Infiniti owner all my life. This experience only solidifies why I continue to buy. 6 star experience for service. Absolutely terrible idea to let this place shut down as all Infiniti enthusiasts have remarkably stated that this dealership is the absolute best in terms of service at Infiniti dealerships. Instead the big suits come in and mess everything up. Per usual
