I want to share my sincere gratitude with the service department at Lexus of Hingham. I am giving them a 5-star evaluation because they truly put their heart into their work. From the wonderful service coordinator, Cozette, to the service manager, Erik Costillo who was so responsible, and finally to the mechanic, who went above and beyond to help with exactly what I needed—the teamwork was flawless. They didn't just service my car; they took care of me with genuine kindness and professionalism. Thank you for such an excellent experience

Lexus has again surpassed my expectation with 5+ service. They dropped off the loaner and picked up my car to have it serviced and have a detailing clean. I’m in love with the new car style. We will be looking to upgrade shortly. I was tempted to switch out my Lexus for a Mercedes and I’m so glad I had didn’t because the service and the cars are so much better with Lexus.

Please read to the end This is my second time bringing my car for service at this dealership and the first experience honestly was not very good. I felt like I was invisible and like a bother to the staff. This time was so much better although the front desk person needed to figure out customer service with a smile my service advisor Talisa was INCREDIBLY nice, helpful and professional. Wow what a difference it made to me to feel like I was not bothering someone. She was wonderful and knew her stuff, got me in and out quickly and with a smile the whole way. I will go back because of Talisa and I would request her when you go in. I am so glad I gave them a second chance. Customer service is very important and I hope the dealership keeps hiring more people like this woman.

I am highly impressed with the service I received at Herb Chambers Lexus in Hingham. It was my first time working with the service department after purchasing a new car a couple of months ago. From the initial call until my car was delivered back to me I felt that they listened to my needs and executed seamlessly. I appreciated the video that I received giving a breakdown of what they worked on and a review of essential things such as tire pressure, break pads, etc. I also switched my location for drop off and pick up numerous times and they handled that with grace and patience. Herb Chambers Lexus of Hingham service is excellent. Easy to schedule and if needed to reschedule appointments. They provide accurate time frame for service and provide loaners if needed. They provide photos with video of car inspection and areas of concern with recommendations.
