Will got me one day and out the very next day; his team did a great job replacing my 4 struts and front wheel bearing. Reasonable price too! Highly recommend!

Terrible service. Told me I’d be taken care of “right this second” for a simple oil change. Takes we’ll over an hour. Then when they bring my car up, they are driving this thing like they are fresh out of a robbery. Like they own it. The man said “I didn’t mean it like that sir” when I said “driving it like you own it huh” what??? Definitely wont be back there.

Worst service ever over a two hour wait you put another customer who come in 15 minutes after me in front of me was told multiple times it would be 15 minutes but ended up being two hours then when you brought the truck around to me, I had all on my door and I had to come ask you to remove it. Well, the so-called manager was very rude. This was totally unacceptable. I would really appreciate someone calling me in regards to this. I was gonna rate this zero, but that wasn’t an option

I like going to Herbert’s for my emissions. There is a nice waiting room although they’re so fast I don’t have to wait very long. Everyone one is so pleasant and it’s convenient.
