Herbie auto repair got me in when I needed a Power Steering Pump replaced the Wednesday before Thanksgiving after 12:00 PM. They pulled it into the bay right away and began to work on it immediately. I was out the same day with my Power Steering working as good as new. This is my new mechanic for now on. These guys knew their stuff, were very friendly, and had very good pricing for labor and parts.

Herb is the best! Just got a broken pulley replaced. Broke down and was stranded. Luckily less than half a mile from Herbie’s. The parts were in stock, and the whole down time took less than an hour. Herb’s experience showed. Also enjoyed talking with him while he was working. Many thanks!

My wife and I were driving from northern VA to OBX. I noticed our engine running hot halfway into the trip. Coolant was everywhere and we weren't sure what we were gonna do. I called a few shops nearby and none could see us except Herbie's. They knew we were traveling and moved us to the front of the line. They were incredibly friendly, quick, and really saved us. I would recommend Herbie's to anyone, glad there are still great people in the world.

They are AMAZING!! I called them and told them my vehicle state inspection had been rejected from the Nissan dealership for my lights. They gave me a time to come in same day. They confirmed my suspicions and stated that nothing was wrong with my headlamps. They went ahead and fixed my floodlights for me and even referred me to a place down the rode to take my car for inspections. They saved me money and time and cured the headache that the Nissan Dealership gave me. Prices are good and you know they are not trying to get over on you. They were very knowledgeable, quick, and funny lol. I highly recommend

Herbie and his guys always go the extra mile to ensure his customers are happy with their service. I went in due to a failed inspection for lower ball joints and not only did he beat anyones price he also replaced a bad wheel bearing at no extra cost. I have been a customer for years and will remain a customer of Herbies. If you want the best service for the best price then hes your guy.
