I was quoted one amount for equipment and charged double. I WILL NEVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN FOR ANYTHING! DO NOT USE!!! Edit. Nicki called and made things right after the fact she was very kind and sympathetic to our situation and needs. Great customer service Nicki thank you
They charge you a lot of money to rent there equipment they went really high on there rentals and they charge you twice on fees when using your credit card and you call to ask them what the problem was and they answer you in a bad way. Which I think if there was gonna be extra fees they should let you know before you check your bank balance and panic. I don’t recommend this place if I could give no star I would.
We signed a payment agreement for $1400 for a weekly rental. They charged our credit card for $2180 and added more fees that were already included in the $1400 originally. They are a scam. Highly encourage you to take your business elsewhere.
Chad the manager set me up with a stump grinder in the trailer gave me a good deal in the yard lady Liz was one of the hardest wood working women's I've ever seen in my life she could outwork most men I know great service great products recommend them
Liz was so sweet, and the rest of the staff here is great. Everyone was kind and helpful. Great pricing and excellent people to do business with!!!
