I brought my daughter’s car here and I can honestly say this is one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with a mechanic. They didn’t rip us off, didn’t pressure us, and didn’t try to upsell us on a bunch of parts we didn’t need. Instead, they went above and beyond to help us, and that meant a lot to me. There are a lot of wonderful small businesses in Hanover, but some of the big-name auto shops will absolutely try to take advantage of people. These guys don’t. They were straightforward, fair, and genuinely helpful. I highly recommend them, and I will absolutely be using them again in the future.

These people are scammers period. Don’t waste the money. My car overheated, I pulled up to the first shop I seen. They lied about the radiator having a hole and thermostat issues. They said it cost $800. They charged me $160 for diagnostic but wouldn’t provide a printout or receipt. When i requested these items he rudely said him telling me what’s wrong is my print out. I’m a women doesn’t mean i’m stupid. Can you imagine if I was a to young to know, Trusting , elderly, disabled or simply uniformed.

Best shop I've ever been to for car repairs... It's not even close. Fixed all my issues and took the time to explain everything to me in a way that made sense. Its obvious they know what they're doing.

The owners are very knowledgeable, personable, and honest! Thankful to have found this shop to take my Jeep to. Jeep started over heating unexpectedly and they got me in right away, prices were great, and they stayed over their shop time to get it done. Highly recommend!

By far the best auto repair experience I've had, above and beyond service. I recently was in need of a transmission replacement and I was expecting a long and expensive process, fortunately these guys proved otherwise. Honest and knowledgeable, they provided me with daily updates of the progress. Pricing was very reasonable and turn around was quick. I highly recommend supporting this shop and will be returning in the future
