Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM Parkville

Dean Fawzy was a fantastic sales person! We felt like Dean was truly advocating for us the entire time, from going the extra mile in selecting the right vehicle to helping us get the best possible deal. This has to be the best buying experience we've had at any dealership, ever! Most of the time, once you buy the car, that's the end of it, but not here. Dean followed up to make sure we had everything we needed and we were 100% happy.

Colin Winterstein is a shining star. Let me start there. The man is one of the best salesman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. I actually thought he was the manager, how careful, knowledgeable and detailed he was with me. I had to go to the bank to get the check, to pay cash for the vehicle. M&T bank didn’t want to give a black girl like me 28,000 cash😂, but Colin was there with me and he waited damn near an hour for them to finally give me my own money. Colin and I left the bank and I was so apologetic and he was so cool and worry-free. No agitations what so ever. What I like is the fact that if he didn’t know, he attempted to educate himself on the spot, about the vehicle. Usually, when I would go to the finance part of the sale, I would be wrapping up and waiting for the to attempt to u

The team was so helpful! We told them what our needs were and they provided a selection of clean, used cars in great condition for us to try. We found the right car the same day and were able to take it home that night. They worked with us on financing to get a deal that would be best for us. Most of all they were kind. It was a pleasure to work with Dean Fawzy and Rita Whittaker.

The Jeep service is awesome! The service manager, Kurt Anderson is extremely helpful and took care of an issue with my Jeep that they weren't even responsible for, as a courtesy. I was really impressed with him and with Tommy Citro as well. He is always helpful, courteous and professional. They really go above and beyond for their customers. I also recently had another issue, which they addressed very quickly, despite me not having an appointment. They got me up and running by the next day. I can't say enough good things about their service.

I recently purchased a new Jeep from Heritage Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Parkville, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was seamless, professional, and actually enjoyable. I want to give a special shout-out to my Sales Consultant, Jeremy Cooney. Jeremy’s expertise and approach made a huge difference in my buying journey. I also want to extend my sincere thanks to Gerald DeShields, my Sales Associate. Gerald was by my side from the moment I walked into the dealership until the moment I drove off the lot in my new Jeep, providing constant support and guidance through every single step. Finally, a huge thank you to Rita Whittaker, the Finance Director. Rita went to great lengths to review and explain all the financing details and options for my Jeep. Her attention to
