Sorry guys that it has taken me so long to write this review! I just kept forgetting while I was at the computer. (My daughters car was hit in the parking lot while she was at work and the person didn't have the decency to take responsibility for it) The guys at Heritage did a spectacular job on fixing her car as you can see in the pictures! They went out of their way to get the car back to its original state and kept the insurance from totaling it. I am really thankful for that because it is a great car and I really didn't want to have to look for another. The staff that I talked to were great and always kept me in the loop! We had some trouble with a particular part but not something they had control of! When the part finally did get shipped to Sherman UPS they went to pick it up

I brought my brand new 2025 Ford F-350 to Heritage Collision Center after it was damaged, and they absolutely nailed it. The truck looks perfect — you’d never know it was ever touched. Their communication throughout the process was excellent, and Thomas in particular went above and beyond to make sure everything was done right. You can tell he really knows his stuff. These guys are professional, detail-oriented, and truly care about their customers. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend them to anyone needing collision repair or paint work done.

I want to thank John and his team of guys. I had I small mishap and messed my saddle bag up. Dropped it off and John had it fixed in one day. It looks fantastic just like new. I would recommend Heritage if your in need of there services.

We had our 2026 Genesis GV70 repaired here and couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. The work looks fantastic — you’d never know the car was repaired. Thomas was great to work with. He checked in every couple of days with updates and kept us in the loop the whole time, even during the holidays. That kind of communication really made a difference and shows he genuinely cares. Overall, excellent work and a great experience. I’d definitely recommend them.

I had a top of the line experience with these people. No complaints at all. They got my f150 front end looking brand new. Super easy collision center to work with. This place will be my number 1 call for sure.
