Heritage Express Car Wash

Used it for first time today to clean my car. Very nice young man came over to help me in choosing which car wash package was best for me of three choices. They also have a 20% military discount! Then I was able to vacuum my car out under a partial covered area (which was great for today's very hot day) and use their vacuums, that have the most powerful suction I have ever seen at a car wash. Ample towels were supplied too, as needed. This is very clean car wash environment, as well. I will definitely be returning to this car wash to clean my car and therefore, would Highly recommend!! 😃🚗

Locally owned car wash. Newer facility that is well maintained and staffed. There is always someone there if you need assistance. The monthly plans are well worth it, to help keep your vehicle clean. Vacuums are provided with your wash.

I really like the ease of driving up and having the license plate reader send you on thru. The carwash itself does a great job, I was pleasantly surprised how well it cleans. I have not utilized the vacuums yet. Will update once I utilize all the benefits. The workers are also very friendly and attentive.

VERY UNFRIENDLY! I drove in from out of state for family events. I have a membership from a different system. The Vacs there are FREE all of the time. I did not see signs at Heritage stating anything of their policy. An older man came over while I was using the vacuum and said I'll replace it for you. Then explained that the "FREE" vacuum is for car wash customers even though it is free. He said I would need to purchase an $8 car wash. So then if I would need to purchase something to use the free vacuums the vacuums are not free. Might I mention that I use medical equipment so this is a difficulty for me to be able to do this. NOT HANDICAPPED FRIENDLY! Would it have killed them to explain the policy and let me finish using the vacuums instead of taking the vacuum wand from me????? If that

Seems as if these places start with a bang, then deteriorate rapidly. I choose to do local business. Equipment is not consistent. Last wash the blower did not even come close to drying. I had two cars on the monthly unlimited. Removed one because of the lack of reliability. Nice clean property and detailing area. I hope this message is received as given, constructively.
