Customer Reviews
Had a great experience at Heritage Honda. I have been coming here for maintenance of my car last 2 years although it isn’t even the closest Honda to my house just because the experience has been so smooth and people have been so nice. Today, I purchased my previously leased car. Kyshawn walked me through everything. It was easy to get an appointment, they explained everything to me in great detail with patience (and I really asked A LOT of questions), they run quotes by Honda, Credit Unions and my own Bank, and all of these were done very timely. I was very happy with the service I received today.
Just purchased my 2026 HRV ELX originally came into maybe get something used but decided to go new Chris was amazing & super polite finance guy was wonderful his name was Russ, Keene was great at well all wonderful & very down to earth & they all try to get you the best deal they can !!& actually listen to your wants & needs !!!
Gary Burlage and Heritage Honda in Parkville were wonderful to deal with during the purchase of my new vehicle. And, GM Mitch Giller was extremely helpful in working out all the details. Everything was upfront and transparent, and it was an excellent buying experience overall. I will certainly be recommending the team at Heritage to anyone I know looking for a new Honda!
Kyshawn Cherie was awesome in helping me select the vehicle that was best suited to me. He was patient, easy to talk to, and explained everything well throughout the entire buying process. I especially liked how he encouraged me to test drive my vehicle in different driving scenarios. Great experience with Heritage Honda Parkville.
We had a positive experience when working with Heritage Honda of Parkville. We decided on a Honda Pilot. Branford was knowledgeable about the pilot features and was friendly and patient when we asked questions while learning about the technology in a 2025 model. Mohammad was also helpful, kind and knowledgeable. He made the financing process straightforward and easy to understand.
