Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Windy Hill

This place might be ok if you don’t want answers on anything. Nurses were nice but Beth, the RN supervisor, Skylar, the case manager person , and assistant director did not appear to know which hand was right or left. We could not get answers from them. Never did have a “care plan” meeting on what was expected in my Aunts Rehabilitation before being discharged . The meeting was scheduled two weeks after her admission, which was the day she was discharge. We are not sure if they didn’t know their jobs or if they have something to hide.

Giving one star is generous. They treat their staff very poorly and care more about gossip than actually accommodating the residents.

From the moment I met the staff at the assisted living facility, I knew this was going to be the best place for my mother. From her first visit to her first day of arrival to present they have been very welcoming and attentive to her every need and extremely respectful. ALL the staff go above and beyond to ensure that all residents receive excellent care and their needs are met. The facility has a multitude of activities to keep the residents engaged, active and giving them a since of purpose instead of feeling "left behind". My mother has thrived in the 3 months that she has been a resident, a true testament to the staff and surroundings. Keep up the stellar work! THANK YOU FOR ALL YOU DO! I just want to thank the staff for welcoming my Mom for a short-term stay to recover from surgery. Heather went above and and beyond in welcoming us and answering questions. The staff, open all shifts, were very helpful. Mom even loved the meals! Would highly recommend if need a place for round the clock care for a family member.

My uncle has been a resident at Heritage Ridge Senior Living at Windy Hill since July of 2024. He was first housed in the skilled nursing division and later in the assisted living department. The care given in both places has been first rate. We have no issues and our uncle seems very content and happy. The staff has been very friendly and cooperative. Any questions we have had have been answered quickly by Heather Smith the Personal Care Home Administrator. My suggestion to anyone contemplating the facility is to call for an appointment and go check out the living arrangements.
