I’m so glad that my insurance called Heritage Towing and Recovery! They showed up faster than my insurance had said, which was great. Shawn was professional and I was amazed at how he had mastered his craft, for lack of a better word. I wasn’t great at geometry, but Shawn blew my mind when he used his cable, chains, pulleys, straps, and various other attachments to get my vehicle out and the trees that were lodged in it too. My accident was horrible and I was a mental wreck. Shawn did put an ever so small smile on my face with his brief chit chats here and there. I felt…relief and was able to get mentally grounded. He did his job very well! I hope I never have to see Shawn again, but God forbid something happens I would hope to have him again.

Sean was there promptly, in the middle of the night, in the middle of nowhere and quickly loaded up my car following a deer strike. He safely got the car and us to the repair facility and kindly waited until our ride arrived. I couldn't have asked for better service!

Really great experience with Heritage. Shawn was prompt, courteous and went above and beyond the call of duty. Having car issues is already such a stressful experience, so it’s a relief to be taken well care of in the towing process. Highly recommend this company - they also provide specialized motorcycle towing as well.

My husband was broke down on the side of the road at about 2am headed home from work. By the grace of God, this blessing just so happened to pass him & asked if he needed some help. He jumped the car off & followed him until it died just a couple miles down the road from the house. He didn’t hesitate once to just load the car up & haul it the rest of the way. I can’t thank this wonderful man/company enough for his selfless act on HIS way home to end the night. Thank you for helping us in an unfortunate/unexpected time of need!
