Heritage Volkswagen Parkville

A huge thank you to Mari for making our first commercial vehicle purchase so smooth. After a horrific experience at a different dealership Mari not only took on the challenge of navigating us through a commercial vehicle finance, but also repairing our trust in purchasing a vehicle. We appreciate the pure honesty & going the extra mile to make today so easy on us. Absolutely hands down recommend putting your trust in Mari and if we find ourselves car shopping it will be our first stop 100000%.

Recently purchased a Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport. My salesman (George Williams) was a pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to ensure I drove off in my dream car. His customer service, attention to detail, and personality was a 10 across the board. I had to return a few times to finalize paperwork (my own fault) and each time I visited George made sure to check on me and my new vehicle. I highly recommend purchasing your next car from here and please ask for George! Tell him Ceara sent you : )

I have been a customer for 6 years and the attention provided by Robin, my service advisor, and Pete, the service manager, has been exemplary. They are extraordinarily knowledgeable about all aspects of customer service and consistently demonstrate excellent reliability and outstanding professionalism. I plan to service my Volkswagen with them for the foreseeable future and could not recommend them more highly. I am confident that my superb opinion will meet the expectations of others who trust their vehicles to their care.

Huge thank you to Charles and Dominic for getting my wife into her new car. They worked with us to source and transport from another dealer the exact model with the exact appointments my wife was looking for. Come to find out, that is not an easy task and there aren’t many models like that around. Great experience on the day we arrived to pick it up and complete the sales process. All pre-negotiations were met and the entire staff was very accommodating. On the way home, we realized the A/C was not working. The previous dealer had failed to charge the system upon receipt from the manufacturer. I called Parkville late on a Saturday and reached Esteban (I hope I spelled your name correctly) who went out of his way to get me back in touch with the sales team. Charles had us return on

Substantial customer service ; salesman Alexander Beasley provided an outstanding experience purchasing my brand new vehicle, very hands-on during the whole process . Bet polite and and made my needs and wants feel heard and satisfied. Definitely would recommend for any first time buyers !!! Ask for this Gentleman when you walk in .
