Anayvis Cabrera is the worst customer service agent I've ever dealt with in my life. The level of incompetence is unbearable. I even tried calling to get the proper return address and she hung up the phone on me. After finally getting the proper return address and having the item returned by UPS back to the seller, there's no response from anyone about processing a refund even after she agreed to refund when it arrived. I now have to escalate this issue with eBay as a result.

Bought some injectors for an obscure old car for a friend. They had an interesting waiting area. Think someone here must of had a minor in art. Large warehouse withstand lots of parts. From the cars in the lot and the staff seen inside looks like they have a staff of 10+ on location

So glad I found these guys (Herko Automotive) are local and after getting possibly the worst service from Advanced Autohnoo I decided to drive out to them. Not only did they have my part in stock but the employees were exceptionally helpful and the front office area is something to see as well as behind the scenes (bathroom visit) was remarkable kinda like a mix of a modern computer center and Dr's office... nothing like any Auto Parts store Ive ever seen. They had my part waiting and were very friendly too and the price was almost unbelievable. It worked perfectly and now my Dodge Charger is running like new again. Thanks Herko.
