Hermy's Triumph

If you own a Triumph motorcycle, this is the only place to shop for parts no matter where you live in the USA. They supply with 100% accuracy all the regular maintenance items for my 2005 21 year old Rocket III and also still get me the odd bits that over time age and break...like evap hoses, clips, and what not. I'll not shop any other dealer even though there is one 30 miles from my house in Bay Area California. Hermys on the other side of the country gets it right every time.

I received parts for my 2022 Triumph Bonneville T120, and called Hermy's for clarification on the OEM specifications. Herm was extremely helpful and knowledgeable in answering my questions, and was very generous in filling an additional order for me. Highly recommend

I live in Southern Oregon and I always by my parts from Hermy's Triumph. Alex at the Triumph parts counter goes out of his way to do a great job. His customer service skills are the best. He makes sure parts are either available or backordered. Always checks stuff by vin. Usually I know when stuff is shipped. I have ordered multiple parts, and I'm proud of the service they provide. I wish we had a store like them closer, that cared as much as they do.

Though I have been riding motorcycles in the general area for decades, my recent purchase of a Triumph brought me to Hermy's for the first time. I had a great experience working with Jack in sales, and while they didn't have the Rocket in the color combo I wanted in stock, he tracked down exactly the bike I wanted and accessories to set me up with my dream machine. Their techs then made the changes to the setup I wanted for a very fair price to perfect my bike. I have since done repeat business with Lee in the parts / accessories department and he has been more than a pleasure to work with and has tracked down exactly what my wife and I have been looking for. And to my surprise, their gear prices are incredibly competetive - as good as anything you can find online and no dealer cushion

Now this is a business that does a great job and cares about its customers. I order all my triumph needs from here. I am located in southern Oregon and these guys always do amazing.
