I was in a hit and run accident, front rear corner of the drivers side was severely damaged. The impact of the hit caused damage to the outside of the car and under the hood. From start to finish Raul took every phone call and responded to every text message I had, he updated me every step of the way, never once getting upset about multiple phone calls or multiple texts. Owner Raul Hernandez was absolutely professional, kind, a genuine person and honest. I took my car in because I had someone bump my car in the back bumper. I took my car in. Mr. Hernandez came out and took a look at it and took care of the problem, very nice and kind people. His son RJ does an amazing job and tinting windows. I’ve gone to Hernandez Auto on 3 separate occasions and have always received exceptional service. Raul is consistently professional and knowledgeable. Him and his team are outstanding and Raul is always in contact with me regarding any updates while my vehicle is in his shop. After each visit they’ve always given my car an excellent wash as well. If you desire quality work on your vehicle, (in my case accidents) this is your place!
