Hernley's Polaris-Indian Motorcycle

2019 Roadmaster Elite(10,000 mi )Not getting enough volts back to the battery to keep her charged. I have seen this same complaint in various forums. I changed the voltage regulator 3 times to temp solve the problem. Shop had my bike for 1 month with nothing notable having been done. Battery hadn’t even been charged. I picked it up today and will not be using Hernley’s for any of my MC needs.

My husband purchased his Indian Motorcycle from Hernley’s, and we’ve both had a great experience with them—especially with Mark McQuaid, the Parts Manager. Every time we’ve stopped in, Mark has been so pleasant, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. It’s clear he really knows the brand and the parts, and he’s always patient and thorough when answering our questions. It’s comforting knowing my husband is getting great service and support. If we were to buy another motorcycle, we’d definitely come back to Hernley’s without a second thought. Highly recommend them!

2024 Super Chief limited purchased new in 2025. I did asphalt restoration there when I worked at Kinsley construction. I'm definitely enjoying it for my 1st cruiser bike. It's very comfortable to ride. I like the aesthetic of it. Very nice leg room, I like the 3 different riding modes too. I love the classic look along with the modern technology. I had great communication with Josh. He was very helpful. I would definitely make another purchase again. Hopefully a Springfield dark horse or a chieftain dark horse. We did a 4hr trip on it in this photo. This bike has power on the fly, sports mode always. I can proudly say, I love my Indian super chief limited 116! 🤙

This was my first motorcycle purchase and my experience was great. Josh Effrece took care of everything with the sale and answered all questions about the purchase. I had the motorcycle delivered and delivery was on time and seamless. Highly recommend!

I was looking for a set of passenger pegs for my 2025 scout bobber, my local dealer didnt have them and told me they were back ordered until December. They told me Hernleys was showing them in stock. I called and they were able to sell them to me over the phone and ship them to my address. I would use them all the time if I lived closer.
