Super high integrity shop - showed up with a weird radiator / engine overheating problem and they took great care of me. Been to 2 other shops locally before with the same issues and had bad experiences. Glad to have found my local mechanic for the next decade :)

Now I know why insurance rates are so high, it is because of disreputable companies like this one. On Thursday our car was ran into, Hershey Auto Center was called for the tow. The driver never informed our daughter that she would have to go down to their facility to release the car to the body shop. We found out this fact on the following day, Friday, from our Insurance Company State Farm. My daughter came to your business that day to release the car. But her car didn’t leave your facility until the next week on Tuesday! If we were advised on the day of the tow that we would have to come down to sign a release, we would not have had to wait five days for the car to be delivered to the body shop. Got into a nasty accident driving to hershey Park. Don at hershey auto arrived in about 10 min to tow my car and stored it for a day. He was very nice and insightful. Even helped me secure the car on a dolly I used to tow my car back to baltimore. Thank you so much for the quick response and help!

The toughest service to find is not just a good, but a trustworthy garage. Donnie & the guys are exceptional. Communication it top notch and the work done is reliable. The knowledge base of the staff as a whole is fantastic and comprehensive. We have always felt taken care.
