Visit Hertrich Chrysler if you want to not have a vehicle for a year, you got it a year. Hertrich has failed thanks Fred Hertrich III you really let your family down. They just guessed what parts to change ,I have been called to pick vehicle up over 10 times only to never leave parking lot of dealership, same problem and vehicle breakdown on premises, problem was never corrected. I went through 4 service managers and 1 service advisor, meaning they all quit and left, so my vehicle sat and got lost with the staff that explored new life endeavors. I became the victim of the dealership. Here is a kicker for you I was not a local resident I was traveling either from South Carolina or New York when I was told vehicle was ready, tolls, gas rental fees and etc very costly to myself. I was in the market for a Jeep Wrangler and was looking for a dealership who was upfront and willing to work with me. Danielle and the team at Hertrich did just that. They listened to what I wanted in a deal and did their best to meet me there. The deal was quick and painless. I highly recommend giving them a look if you’re in the market.

December 2025 I dropped off a 2010 fleet vehicle for an exhaust repair and headlight housing replacement. A week later after dropping it off, I was informed the exhaust issue was fixed, and the headlight housing could not be replaced because Jeep no longer made them. After picking up the Jeep, driving off the lot, I immediately noticed the exhaust noise was still there. As if the mechanic never drove the Jeep after so called repairing it. Fast forward to January 2026, I reached out to another mechanic shop on Pulaski Hwy whom services fleet vehicles and let them know about the issues. The replacement headlight housing has been ordered from Jeep!, and the exhaust issue has been resolved. Safe to say I will not be returning to this dealership for repairs.

ATTENTION to auto repair customers! Dodge did a good job repairing the problem that caused me to bring my vehicle in. Because they did a "paid full diagnostic" they said other "important" problems were found. I was given an estimate for over $4k. Labor was about $3k. During a time where there is a gov shutdown, they had me considering taking out a loan to fix my vehicle. I'm so happy I got a second opinion from a local shop. The local shop brought me in the garage and showed me my water pump tested fine and oil leak was VERY small. I really didn't want to pay for another diagnostic test but it saved me thousands.
