I wanted to thank you so much to the guy who is in his 30's or 40's that helped us. Do apologize for not remembering your name. We came from Utah to drop off our Son's vehicle at Fort Johnson. I tried to call and visit car rentals for a one way rental but couldn't find one. My last hope was this place and call them. The Gentleman that answered was very helpful and well manner to help me. Finally we got a one way rental. Thumbs up to the lady that cleaned the vehicle before handed to me. I'll look forward to visit this place in the future if visiting Louisiana again. We thank you and appreciate your time and help.
Update: Finally got in touch with customer relations and they refined me the $400.00. Original : Was charged a $400.00 fee for washing the outside of car! The car was no where that dirty! There was also no windshield washer fluid in the vehicle when I received it.
Tamekia and Reggie were awesome. My flight came in right at closing and they bent over backwards to allow me to pickup a vehicle when they didn't have to! They seem to be very caring and show it with their actions. I recommend. Thank You guys
My flight arrived six hours late on a Friday. Unfortunately this location was already closed and doesn’t open until Monday. I can’t wait three days for a car so I checked for other hertz locations. Nothing else nearby that’s open on the weekends. I try to cancel my reservation. Nope can’t do that- website tells me I have to talk to a representative to cancel. I spend the next hour on the phone with various AI and real representatives who tell me I have to cancel online. After about two hours, the resolution one of the real representatives come to is that I have to send a ticket to request cancelation. I have now done this, unsure if I am going to have to pay for a car I have not picked up nor can I pick up.
Now this is a rental car company that’s top notch. Very nice courteous staff they make sure you’re taking care of. Their cars are always clean.Management Goes above and beyond
