Hertz Car Rental - Bedford Heights - Miles Road

I honestly wish I could give zero stars. I reserved a Large Sedan for Saturday 2/14 at 12pm. I arrived at 11:30am to complete the reservation. I was told they were waiting on returns. I patiently waited until 12:30pm only to be told they did not have a vehicle for me to rent. I asked them to cancel the reservation and was told I would need to call customer service to cancel because it was past my reservation time. It was past my time because I waited in your lobby for a hour. Devonte and I believe her name is Dawn were most unprofessional in my interactions with them. I would not suggest anyone rent from this location.

Went to hurt for 3 years never had a problem always got my car easy through the insurance of my children this time they charged me and changed a policy for something that I shouldn't pay for my insurance has full coverage along with all that my insurance company is mad at them because they do not follow protocol and change without telling me or them overcharged 400 and 442 then they tried me for $100 and tried me for $25 they tried me for $171 and change all this was never disclosed to me when I purchased the vehicle through my insurance company far as my insurance company I shouldn't pay anything I shouldn't have to pay anything just like the other four times

Oh let me tell you about Dawn from Hertz! What an amazing & patient person and agent. She went above and beyond to help me, while also tending to several other customers (some not so friendly) and tasks. She did it all with a friendly smile and demeanor. She truly made a difference in my week. Thank you thank you.

We picked up a car from here for a trip and while the picking up process was straight forward and quick, dropping off was not. We live 5 minutes from the place, filled up the tank before dropping off only to find they tried to charge us for 6 gallons of gas at 70$. We had pictures of the dash to prove mileage and full tank. I called customer service to dispute it and they even seemed perplexed as to why I was charged the gas fee. Luckily got refunded, but probably won't return if I ever need a car rental. Definitely be careful with this place and make sure you have receipts and pictures.

I made a reservation on a Monday online for that Saturday, on that same day I called this location to ask about the debit card policy. The employee told me they accept debit cards but, you need to come n 24 hours in advance, deposit $500 and have a credit check. I came into the office on Thursday to double check the debit card policy and make sure I would be good to pick up a vehicle on Saturday. The employee told me that I didn't need to come if I made a reservation online but, I said I just wanted to make sure I would be good using my debit card on Saturday. He ensured me that I would be good. When I came in on Saturday to pick up the vehicle, the employee told me that my card was not accepted even though I had the funds and my card was charged for the amount plus deposit. This completel
