Hertz Car Rental - Boca Raton - North West 13th Street

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I rented the car of my dreams for 12 days thanks to Jose Labanino and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The price was affordable without sacrificing quality and the service was professional from start to finish. Everything was explained clearly, the process was smooth and I felt completely taken care of the entire time. It’s rare to find someone in this business who is both honest and reliable but he truly stands out. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending him to anyone looking for an unforgettable rental experience

I had a great experience at the Hertz in Boca Raton! Jose was fantastic!! He was super friendly and helpful from start to finish. He even upgraded me for free, which was such an amazing surprise, he made my trip 10x better. The 2026 Nissan Rogue I received was a dream to drive, smooth, comfortable, and spotless inside and out. Pickup took a little bit of waiting, considering there was only two workers to help everyone picking up on a Saturday morning but once I was on the road, everything was perfect. Drop-off was incredibly quick and easy, which I really appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this Hertz location and especially want to thank Jose for the excellent customer service. I’ll definitely rent here again!

Our experience with Hertz in Boca was very good. Service was quick, minimal paperwork. Car was clean. The employee also offered us another vehicle, which was nice, but we didn't take it because of the price. Returning the vehicle was also easy. Settlement came quickly. Everything was fine. Thank you for the great service.

Terrible service. I booked a mid size suv. Showed up with 20 people waiting for help with one employee working the counter and one employee cleaning cars. An hour later after waiting they pull up my car and it was a small compact suv I asked for something a little bigger cause we needed to fit 2 car seats and they basically said nope you’ll need to pay more so I declined. They were no help or even tried to work with me to find me a car that would work with me. In the end I had to uber to another rental service. So I will never be returning
