Hertz Car Rental - Chattanooga Tn- Jubilee Dr

My car was in a wreck and had been waiting on the insurance company to make the reservation through Hertz so I could get a rental. When I called to check I was not aware they closed at 12 on Saturdays. It was 11:58 and Tiffany told me she would wait on me so that I could get the rental. She was super sweet, funny and all around fabulous customer service. She helped my day and I am so thankful for that. We need more people like her in customer service.

The manger is very rude. They have an employee name Tiffany who doesn’t know how to do her job. I rented a car that was supposed to be for a week but she only had it me down for 5 days. I called and extended my rental on the 5th day and spoke with another employee who extended for the additional 2 days. I paid the next payment with the same employee with no problem. The next week I called back Tiffany told me to only pay 149.00 I asked why was it so low and was told I had a credit so I paid what I was told to pay. The following week I called and Tiffany told me 439 I believe and told me I haven’t paid so I paid the 237 and told her to have a manager to call me she told me she would and the manager didn’t call until 2 days later and was very rude told me that I had to pay the late fees plus

Can I give no stars? Very, very bad experience. I would not recommend it to anyone, quite the opposite. Customer service 0000, quality of the vehicle 0. What bothered me the most is customer service. The lady was not knowledgeable, she was rude and not helpful, actually insulting. All in all, I will never go back and I will never recommend this company.

If I could give hertz 0 stars I would, absolutely the worst rental company known to man!! Extremely unhappy and frustrated with their lack of service.

The customer service was great. The ride to get the car was very comfortable and safe. Philip was very sweet and considerate. The gentleman in the store was very considerate also making sure I had a vehicle that would suit my needs; due to an accident with my mini van.
