Hertz Car Rental - Cumberland - Mount Savage Road Nw

All I can say is this, I have been to this location several times and I will go nowhere else! There have been several times that it's been on the weekend, and there's only been one other place in this area open, and I will not do business with them, BUT I WILL DO BUSINESS WITH THIS Hertz location all day everyday, the lady inside is 100% straight up with you and provides 100% I only had to wait like 5 minutes just a superb job all around & and super clean, Thank you for helping me as you have for many years Kelsey is her name I believe

Let me share my story- I waited 3.5 hours to pick up my confirmed pre paid rental. With a secretary who was not a hertz employee trying to get rid of me the entire time. I took it upon myself to call a nearby Hertz dealership who actually helped (Thanks Brent from Hertz Winchester) One of the person at the collision center where this Hertz is located said “ Hertz does not pay our salaries. Call 1-800 and go to enterprise. Hertz is the worst company- Their own employees words not mine.” To add to it now, my credit card has now been charged double instead of 190 It is $370.

Please try any other rental before calling Hertz. They have shipped their customer service to India. They longer have customer service located in the US. Their company is located in Florida and will not disclose any contact information to help with customer issues.

This was the best experience I have had with a rental. Easy and efficient is how I would describe everything from the making of the reservations to the pick-up and return. Kelsie was super to work with and reviewed after the trip how things went. With 11 passengers and luggage this fit our need well as the group served in Georgia on a missions trip. Will be back! Lady whom started vehicle never showed the press to start button,so when I arrived home set the parking brake Damned vehicle wouldn't shut off. Husband finally saw button to start /stop would have been nice to be shown before I left. Also to me gas gage was reading no gas red 2 lines at bottom tried x2 to add gas which would not fill have receipt to show attempted gas fills. Returned vehicle damanding a different vehicle. Girl. Who rented me left me in same vehicle but it's the most uncomfortable vehicle I've ever driven horrible rental by every driven
