Hertz Car Rental - Fairfield - N Texas Street

I had a good experience receiving my return and checking in. The return process was frustrating, and I received $100 of fuel and late fees which were erroneous. However, after contacting Hertz support, this was fixed.

We had a last minute cancellation by Enterprise, who made no effort to get us a new vehicle. This Hertz office got us a similar vehicle at a lower rate and at the last minute. Thanks to their team, our vacation with family from out of town was not ruined. I don’t know what’s happened to give them a lower rating, but the team who worked 7/21, 7/22, and 7/28 went above and beyond. Please keep doing what you’re doing 💯

Always a smooth experience. Nick and Abe have been especially helpful each time I’ve come in. Professional, courteous, and know how to assist. Even when my plans changed, they worked with me to find a good solution. Giving some notice has gone a long way. Solid service and much appreciated!

Very professional team members, polite and helpful, I need last minute changes in my rental because of the conditions of my trip and he helped me patiently through the process resulting in a fabulous trip!

don't rent here. made a reservation online to pick up same day and I show up and they don't have the car I requested. then the guy said all he has is an EV or a huge 7 seat car. I asked if I get the same price as what my reservation was for and he said no. they try and up sale you and tell you they don't have the car you reserved.
