Hertz Car Rental - Fairless Hills - Lincoln Highway

Thanks to Gold Card Customer Service Manager David Richardson for promptly correcting the vehicle's mileage information and resolving issues upon returning the car, which alleviated my concerns. Sometimes it's impossible to contact the branch; if they're closed, there should be an email reminder to avoid wasting everyone's time and make renting and returning cars much more convenient.

Update 12/16/25- I did wind up renting a vehicle from this location for a month (starting Labor Day weekend). When I walked in it was a full house and they were pretty busy trying to get everyone checked in and out. There was a customer who was giving them a hard time being extra picky about what the car looked like because she was driving out of state for the holiday weekend. After a good while of them going back & forth about what she wanted and him REALLY trying to accommodate her she wound up going to a different car rental company. But he REALLY REALLY had a lot of patience with her and tried his best to help her out which I took notice and told him I was very proud of him with how he was able to hold it together! The guys were very accommodating. It started off bumpy, but wasn’t their fault. I originally booked through Priceline and when I got to the lot, there was nothing available, and I was told that they do not do same day rentals. Upon speaking with the gentlemen They were able to get me situated with a cargo van! which was perfectly fine for me because I’m used to driving much larger vehicles so all worked out in the end. The vehicle was clean and well taken care of and I had no issues. The staff were all fantastic to me!! Great attitudes all around. I would there’s definitely used their services again in the future!

The manager David is great!! I have been renting here for over a year and He thinks I am not a fan of his lol but he has been so helpful with my rentals!! He has made me feel appreciated as a loyal customer!! I spent 30 mins on the phone with a rep from the 800# and got no where and felt they didn’t appreciate my business after being such a loyal customer….called David and he resolved my issue in less then 5 minutes

This place is absolutely horrible. I have rented here before yet every time, without fail, the employees show no professionalism or sense of urgency. They will have you sit and wait while they take their time before assisting you. I wanted to rent an economy car and made the pre-paid appointment three days in advance. When I arrived, they said, “I’m sorry, your car is on hold. We cannot give it to you at this time.” Then they tried to upcharge us 25 dollars more per day for a pickup truck, the only vehicle they supposedly had available. Bait and switch much? We refused, and they told us to go to another location. Unfortunately, that location had nothing available. After a while, this Fairless location called us back and said, “We have a pickup truck for 50 dollars more a day.” Keep in mi
