Hertz Car Rental - Fort Smith - 28th Street Hle

Super amazing service!! I called ahead but didn’t think much of it-the man that helped us (think his name was Marcus?) Remembered us from last time and already had our stuff ready! Was quick with all kinds of info and just an awesome experience. Twice now we’ve used Hertz and we will definitely be back! (Plus I LOVE the rental we got😁😎)

I went to pick up my rental at 8 am at Enterprise and was told they didn't have any cars, maybe by 11 they may have one. The fella said he called and left a voicemail (wasn't true) So, I immediately went to Hertz and got one. Hertz was fast about getting me on the road. I greatly appreciate and recommend Hertz on S.28th St in Fort Smith,AR!

Worst experience ever. One of the employees from the last time I rented was rude and judgemental he also thinks hes better than his community. They like to make extra charges and accuse it was breach of contract also aked for proof said there isnt any so now im being charged off his judgement. How is this fair he didnt even like us before we rented and now he gets to double charge us? I wouldn't rent here. They are not friendly and will take extra money out of your bank. Hertz is scamming customers.

They discriminate people who have their Medical Marijuana Card. The website states it is not prohibited to travel in the rental with your medical marijuana. It just can’t smell like it upon return. Dude with the gold chains that works there was real quick to accuse me of smoking in the car with no actual proof other than the smell. So he took my $200 deposit + an additional $100 for “Detail”without actual proof and then 3 days later charged my card again for $525. When I called about this extra charge, all Marquise would say is “It smells like weed and the car is ruined. We can make the charge for how ever much we want since you broke contract”. Never once smoked in the car or previous rentals from here and I’ve been a repeat customer for the past 5 years! Traveled with my medical marijuan

I rented a vehicle while my car was in the body shop and was charged a $100.00 fee for “excessive white hair.” I requested photos to support this charge but was informed that none could be provided. No interior inspection was conducted when I picked up the vehicle, nor was one performed when I returned it. I was the sole occupant and driver of the vehicle, and I did not notice any issues with the interior during my rental period.
