Great experience. The site manager is working very hard to deliver a good customer experience and it shows. She really cares about the business and the customers. She held it down through the snowstorm on her own and has a great attitude about it. Definitely deserves some recognition for all she does.

Rented here a few weeks back and wanted to come say thank you to the girl who was making it all happen! She needs some recognition and a raise! Not only did I walk in to just one employee running the place alone and an entire line of people in front of me, which truthfully ,was a little discouraging because i was in a bit of a rush myself—-however, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of service I received. I was impressed with how quickly she was able to get each of us into our cars with a smile on her face and nothing less than outstanding customer service, delivering a personalized experience to each person she helped. It’s sad to say, but it seems like a rarity to receive service like this nowadays—-the difference a simple smile and friendly personality make! She was not there

Today I dropped of my car at the auto body shop and was picked up by a lovely employee named Sabrina she was extremely courteous, kind, and efficient. it seems unbelievable, but she was working completely alone. She had no help or support from anyone else yet she did not complain but instead was very happy and eager to help. Every company should have employees like this. I’m extremely impressed.

Rented a Car to have a vehicle while I purchased a new one. Wasn't sure how long the process would take. Was told that if I returned it early I would receive a refund of the unused time and I could just drop the car and keys off if it was after hours. So I booked a little extra time so I didn't have to worry about tracking an extension. Used the car for about 3 of the 14 days I booked it for. Returned it after hours with the Key drop. No refund has been processed for either the extra time or the damage deposit. Was in a pinch needed a car right away. I stopped in and saw Sabrina Wright. She went overboard with the customer service. Upgraded me got me off to my appointment just in time . Kudos to Sabrina . I would recommend her 100% and the Hertz location was also ideal . I’d definitely will be back!
