I’ve been renting from this company for almost a year with my fiancé, and I highly recommend them. Brian is exceptional he always takes care of his customers, listens attentively, and makes the rental process seamless. Whenever any issues arise, he ensures they are resolved promptly and professionally. His dedication and support make the experience consistently excellent.
Really nice guy that works there but when you book they dont tell you information until your here and its only one guy on a Saturday working here. You havd to book more than 24 hrs in advance. Horrible place to rent a car from. My 3rd time and ALWAYS AN ISSUE. I recommend Enterprise down the street. Expensive but totally reliable
This is the best car rental company in the area. Quick service, friendly staff & reliable cars! Not sure what the bad reviews are about but they’re my go-to when going on a trip. Way better than Nextcar or Enterprise.
Rental here was great 5 Stars!! BUT I was only here because the day before Hertz had NO cars at BWI where I had a reservation. So I had to take an Uber from BWI & then another one today. The person here was 5 stars. Hertz & its employees at BWI - ZERO
