Hertz Car Rental - Hardeeville - New River HLE

I rent from this location for work trips and they are always friendly and do a great job. Great customer service and they get me in and out quickly. Needed to extend my rental recently and a quick 2 minute call is all it took.

I had an outstanding experience with Kelly at Hertz Hardeeville. From the moment I arrived, she demonstrated professionalism, efficiency, and a genuine commitment to customer satisfaction. Kelly made the rental process seamless, clearly explaining all the details, ensuring the vehicle was ready on time, and handling everything with a friendly and attentive approach. We had a front passengers side tire blow out on I-95 just south of exit 22 that damaged the car to the point of it being undrivable. Charles was very helpful talking to us to come and pick us up and drive us to the location. He helped me unload the car and loaded our luggage and stuff into the rental. We were treated well by the staff to help over come our anxiety as a result of the car issue. If Charles had not come out to pick us up before the tow truck arrived, we might have had to unload the car and sit on the interstate since we could not ride in the tow truck due to COVID concerns. When we arrived at the store, they had the same vehicle ready that were own. State Farm and Hertz work well together. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!

I can't believe this location had a poor rating because it was exceptional and beyond my expectations with Kelly Hall and Brandon Wells, I will share my story listed below: I had a horrible experience today at Enterprise Car rental in Bluffton, SC. I was in a car accident on December 31, 2024 and the insurance company agent of the person that hit me contacted me to set up repair today on 2/4/25. I was told I had a repair appointment on 2/4/25 at Better Collsion and that a representative from Enterprise would be contacting me to set up a rental repair. I spoke to them on 12/31/24 and reconfirmed my appointment in on 1/8/25. A representativ was supposed to meet me at Better Collision on 2/4/25. The Manager contacted Enterprise to see where the representative was and they were told I

I have rented many cars from all over the place. This Hertz rental company is the best and quickest ever. I was in and out in 10 mins. Highly recommend will definitely rent again!!!
